Aggravated robbery of H&M at Rolling Oaks Mall prompts search for armed suspect

SAN ANTONIO – Crime Stoppers is asking for the public’s help to identify and locate a suspect accused of an aggravated robbery at an H&M store on the city’s Northeast Side.

According to a Crime Stoppers press release, the robbery happened Saturday, July 18, 2026, at 6:30 p.m. at the H&M at 6909 N. Loop 1604 E.

Investigators said an unknown male suspect entered the store from the mall entrance and asked to speak with a manager.

Crime Stoppers said the suspect met the manager near the rear of the store and told the manager to give access to the store’s safe while displaying a handgun in his waistband. After getting cash from the safe, the suspect fled the location on foot.

Crime Stoppers may pay up to $5,000 for information leading to the identification and location of the suspect responsible for the aggravated robbery.
