third. Belgium have got that game in hand.
We can win all three games and still finish second if
Belgium win their games that they’ve got.
It’s such a monumental game for us on Monday night, and I
hate myself for it because you can’t look too far forward. Craig Bellamy is
absolutely spot on in what he’s said, he’s got to prepare the team properly.
He doesn’t look at it as a friendly, but we’ve got such a
huge game coming up in four days’ time.
If we drop points then it’s going to be a tough ask to
finish in second place because North Macedonia are a decent side.
But it is England at Wembley, but I can’t imagine for a
split second that Craig is going to risk anybody who is going to start the
game on Monday night tonight.
