LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — Indiana State Police made three arrests in connection to a southern Indiana crash that left a 17-year-old dead over the weekend.

Troopers said Jessica Lambert, 35, of Pekin; Kendall Cline, 20, of Salem; and Ethan D. Edison, 22, of Salem, were taken into custody June 15 and 16 on felony charges.

Washington County sheriff’s deputies responded around 7:30 p.m. Saturday to the 8000 block of South Big Springs Road, between Salem and Palmyra. Deputies found one person dead inside the car and requested help from ISP.

ISP said its investigators are still working to determine what happened that led to the “apparent shooting” and “subsequent crash.”

The victim was identified Monday as 17-year-old Hunter Blaine Rowley, of Pekin.

Lambert, Kline and Edison were all charged with intimidation, and both Cline and Edison are charged with dealing in a controlled substance.

Edison is also charged with pointing a firearm.

All three individuals are currently in custody at the Washington County Jail, where they are being held without bail.

Police haven’t released additional details about the circumstances surrounding the death or the relationship between the suspects and the victim.

ISP said the investigation is ongoing.
