First up, women’s world number one Aryna Sabalenka takes on Chinese eighth seed Zheng Qinwen.
That’s followed by Ukraine’s Elina Svitolina against defending champion Iga Swiatek.
The first of the men’s last-eight matches see Italy’s Lorenzo Musetti face American Frances Tiafoe, before defending champion Carlos Alcaraz meets American Tommy Paul.
Elsewhere, Joe Salisbury and Neal Skupski bid for a place in the men’s doubles semi-finals against Australians Matthew Ebden and John Peers, as does fellow Briton Henry Patten competing alongside Finland’s Harri Heliovaara.
Skupski will later return to partner American Desirae Krawczyk in the quarter-finals of the mixed doubles.
