Jays @ Yankees Game Thread

It is a busy day here at Casa Dakers, my wife’s birthday. We are having friends over and someone is expected to barbecue steaks. I don’t think I’ve ever barbecued 20ish steaks all at one time. They will be barbecued medium rare (likely closer to rare) and if anyone wants their steak well done:

It is really just a busy weekend, but we will get through and get back to regular programming very soon.

The best news coming out of yesterday was that Buck Martinez is cancer free. He’s been through a lot, so it is great to hear.

Yesterday there were a couple of roster moves, that you likely already know about:

I’m running around until game time, or likely slightly after game time, so use this as an open thread until the game starts (our game threads are pretty much open threads most of the time.

Vlad is back on the roster and in the lineup. Davis Schneider goes back to Buffalo.
