Jessica Alba and Danny Ramirez recently stepped out in New York City to celebrate the Captain America star’s birthday.
Ramirez turned 33 on Wednesday, Sept. 17, and his girlfriend Alba, 44, was by his side for the special occasion. Their latest joint sighting marks another N.Y.C. outing for the couple who were recently photographed outside the Manhattan restaurant The Corner Store, where they were joined by Him actors Marlon Wayans and Tyriq Withers, and seen attending U.S. Open men’s singles final together.
Alba wore a dark ensemble for Ramirez’s birthday date night with a black top and matching leather jacket she wore over her shoulders, as well as a matching bag and dark jeans. Ramirez, meanwhile, wore a white shirt he tucked into light-washed jeans, which he paired with matching black shoes and a belt.
Ramirez, who is best known for his role as Joaquin Torres/Falcon to Anthony Mackie‘s Captain America in February’s Marvel release Captain America: Brave New World, marked his birthday on social media by sharing a photo of his astrological star chart to his Instagram Stories on Sept. 17. “Thank you for all the wonderful birthday wishes,” he wrote in a caption. “Larry Bird year #33.” The Miami native also shared a photo of himself posing with a University of Miami-themed cake to his Instagram Stories.

A source first told PEOPLE that Alba and Ramirez were dating when they said the pair were “having a good time together” after they were photographed boarding a flight from Cancún, Mexico, to Los Angeles in July. The couple confirmed their romance publicly one week later, when they were photographed kissing in L.A. on July 25.
Alba, who shares three children with her ex-husband Cash Warren, filed for divorce from Warren, 46, on Feb. 7. She listed their date of separation as Dec. 27, 2024. Back in July, a source told PEOPLE that Alba’s relationship with Ramirez at that point was “casual,” adding, “She’s been testing the waters with Danny” and that they have “a connection.”

“She was trying to keep it quiet, but after they were photographed returning from Cancún, she doesn’t feel the need to hide it anymore,” the source said at the time. “She enjoys dating him. She’s pretty unapologetic about her life just in general and wants to enjoy as much as possible.”
